Double layer wireless antenna: firing using ultra-low temperature co firing method

  • Release time: 2023-11-15

Ceramic wireless antenna is a miniaturized wireless antenna suitable for wireless device applications, which is divided into small ceramic wireless antennas and double-layer ceramic wireless antennas.
Ceramic wireless antennas take up little space and have good characteristics; Bandwidth makes it difficult to ensure multiple frequency bands; Reasonably improving the integration of computer motherboards and reducing the limitation of wireless antennas on IDs; The design scheme must be introduced at the beginning of defining the computer motherboard.
Small wireless antenna: After calcining a whole ceramic body at high temperature, a part of the metal material of the wireless antenna is printed on the surface of the ceramic block.
Double layer wireless antenna: The method of ultra-low temperature co firing is used for firing. After the double-layer porcelain is laminated and pressed, it is then calcined at high temperature. Therefore, the metal material electrical conductor of the wireless antenna can be printed on each layer of porcelain material according to the design plan. This can reasonably reduce the size of the wireless antenna and hide the target of the wireless antenna.
Because the relative dielectric constant of porcelain itself is higher than that of PCB circuit boards, the application of porcelain wireless antennas can reasonably reduce the size of wireless antennas while ensuring their characteristics.
2、 PCB wireless antenna
PCB wireless antenna refers to a part of the PCB used for wireless network reception and transmission. When transmitting, it converts the high-frequency electrical flow of the FM transmitter into indoor space radio waves; When accepted, it converts the radio waves captured from the indoor space into high-frequency currents and sends them to the receiver.
The advantages are: less indoor space occupation, low cost, no need for independent assembly of wireless antennas, less prone to contact and damage, and convenient mechanical assembly;
The disadvantage is that the individual wireless antenna field type is difficult to ensure gloss, has high insertion loss, relatively low efficiency, and is very susceptible to the influence of computer motherboards.
3、 Can these two types of wireless antennas be applied to products in the 2.4G contour frequency range?
Although products in the 2.4G contour frequency range can use porcelain or PCB wireless antennas to reduce specifications, subG requires a larger indoor space to be completed under the same gain value due to the long electromagnetic wave length. Therefore, products in this frequency range rarely use the above two types of wireless antennas.
